Concrete to Kaleidoscope (2022)

CHAMBER

12 minutes

I walk on a familiar road where, suddenly, concrete walls start enclosing houses and engulfing trees, concrete roads take over grass, and everything in the village starts morphing into lines and shapes of concrete. Orientation becomes difficult as all signs of reference have turned into a uniform concrete hell. I turn around to backtrack to a familiar place, where instantly a world of vibrant colors unfolds. A red church stands not far from a green temple, and around the corner is a blue palace. As I keep walking, a girl in a sundress is dancing in circles.
